It is best that you train yourself to like eating them.
3. Vegetables
Vegetables may taste plain and unexciting. But they are very good sources of nutrients. They contain good amounts of fiber, minerals, and vitamins that are needed by the body and can help dissolve triglyceride in the bloodstream. Add more dark leafy vegetables and yellow vegetables into your diet. Several servings of celery, cauliflower, potato, and broccoli are going to help you a lot.
